Christelle Berthon broadcast on KRVM radio featuring Women in music !!

Dear Harmonica Friends,
Christelle Berthon is an exceptionally talented harmonica player of French origin and now based out of Australia. Her performance was recently broadcasted on KRVM radio featuring women in music. It was a long wait that day and her broadcast never happened while I waited for it till just before I left for office. But she graciously accepted my request to share her recording with me in a personally sent email. And she also allowed me to share it with the Bangalore Harmonica Club blog. Here it is. Enjoy some phenomenal stuff !!
Regards,
Chandrashekhar Khare

Brendan Power's visit to India

Gentlemen,
We have indeed been inactive for quite a while now. However, there is something exciting waiting to happen. For those who are a part of Harmonica India Yahoo group would indeed be aware that Mr. Brendan Power, a harmonica virtuoso based out of UK, is planning to visit India between November 22,2011 to December 2, 2011. His prowess on chromatic as well as diatonic harps needs no introduction. I would like to know if we Bangaloreans would be keen enough to avail this golden opportunity to get him to visit Bangalore. Obviously, this would mean efforts as well as funds. Would like to know how many of you guys would be willing to invest time and money ( the quantum of which will be known shortly). Also, would like to know if we have some friends in the harmonica fraternity who could assist in even management, media / publicity, getting corporate / individual sponsorships. Please come back to us and post your views on this topic. This will help us get some idea about the feasibility of such a show.
